Het is gebaseerd op het &#8216;oude verdienmodel&#8217; waarin de grondprijs van agrarische bestemming tot aan de definitieve eindprijs voor de woningkoper vele malen over de kop gaat. Centraal hierbij staat het veel gebruikte maar ook lastige begrip &#8216;residuele grondwaarde&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Het is de bedoeling dat de infographic later ook dienst kan doen om verschillende scenario&#8217;s te illustreren.
