Onlangs (15 juli 2014, ‘Een tweede leven’) een interessant artikel in de Volkskrant over iemand die een aantal jaren geleden hoorde dat hij nog maar even te leven had. Zijn leven stond op zijn kop. Alles regelen om zijn geliefden goed achter te laten. Achteraf bleek het gelukkig om een inschattingsfout te gaan. Nu, jaren later, leeft Huub, de hoofdpersoon van dit verhaal, nog.<\/p>\n

Bijna-dood ervaring<\/strong><\/p>\n

De roerige periode rond zijn ‘bijna dood ervaring’ had Huub niet willen missen. Op de een of andere manier was het voor hem een ‘wake up call’. Was het inderdaad (nog) zo belangrijk dat hij n\u00f3g een boek ging schrijven? Zijn 41e boek zou dat dan worden.<\/p>\n

Nog niet zo lang geleden verscheen er een boek van stervensbegeleidster Bronnie Ware. Zij heeft de ‘lessen’ van stervende mensen iijdens haar werk gehoord en geturfd en daar een top 5 van gemaakt. Ware constateerde dat de (bijna dood) mensen in de regel van dezelfde dingen in\/tijdens hun leven spijt hadden. Wat hadden ze beter of meer moeten of kunnen doen? Ook Huub neemt deze blijkbaar universele lessen, nu in zijn tweede leven, ter harte.<\/p>\n

Post-mortem<\/strong><\/p>\n

Op basis van de inzichten van Bronnie Ware hebben wij eerder een oefening beschreven<\/a> die je kan inzetten bij je lopende project (dat misschien niet helemaal lekker loopt). Zo krijgt ook je project een ’tweede leven’: verander het nu het nog kan!<\/p>\n

Nieuw boek over tegendenken<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wij zijn (zoals gezegd<\/a>) volop bezig een nieuw boek te schrijven over ’tegendenken’. Een flink deel is hier op deze site al in de vorm van blogs gepubliceerd. Maar er is gelukkig ook nieuw materiaal. We gaan de komende maanden dingen uit de krant pikken die we zullen gebruiken als kapstok om iets over het nieuwe boek te laten zien.<\/p>\n

De oefening van ‘het tweede (project-) leven’ is ook in het nieuwe boek te vinden.<\/p>\n
